At Street Vibrations 17th Annual Event

Street Vibrations Motorcycle Festival is a celebration of music, metal and motorcycles. Street Vibrations offers tours, live entertainment, parades, ride-in shows, stunt shows and more. This event is so big, it rocks at several locations throughout the region. Major event venues are planned at Harley-Davidson Dealership in Reno and in historic Virginia City. Rides to what Mark Twain called “the fairest picture the whole earth affords,” Lake Tahoe -- provide unparalleled entertainment. Flirt with Lady Luck during poker walks and runs. It’s HOG heaven! Don’t miss America’s Finest Custom Bike Builder’s Expo to view the latest creations. Check out the Tattoo Expo for body art extraordinaire. The event is open to all motorcycles. A portion of the proceeds benefits the Juvenile Diabetes Association.

For 2011, we're planning on expanding our presence in Virginia City. We're currently in negotiations with the City of Reno and casino owners to bring the vendors back to Virginia Street with special reserved parking for our VIP participants on Reno's main street. Our Sparks venue will be expanded with the addition of more factory rigs, more food and beverage, more tent vendors and more stages for entertainment. Once again, Reno Harley-Davidson will have vendors and entertainment for your enjoyment.

Street Vibrations Attractions

The city of Reno offers a lot of attractions itself in addition to the official Street Vibes schedule of events. Although smaller than Las Vegas, the City of Reno has a lot of entertainment including the casinos, bars, and clubs for you to enjoy while at the rally.

If you have the time you should take the ride to Lake Tahoe because it is a scenic ride you won't soon forget. The road is high above Lake Tahoe so as you circle around you will be able to check out the beautiful lake while riding through the mountainous area filled with huge pine trees.

Not only are there multiple venues in Reno, but during Street Vibrations you will also find attractions in surrounding cities, the regional HD dealerships, casinos, and bars. While at the Reno NV rally you will be able to enjoy live music, poker runs, poker walks, ride-in bike show, motorcycle stunt show, tattoo competition, contests for the ladies, parade, and vendors.

More About Street Vibrations

Street Vibrations is a big event. Thousands of motorcycles and even more thousands of people come to Reno for this party. Think Hot August Nights for big bikes and you will get the idea. You can just ride to Reno for Street Vibrations and go with the flow, but Roadshows (the organizer) encourages riders to register as participants. You must be 18 or older.
